For decades, I taught people to fear and follow God. In order to balance "feel good" church culture, I rarely spoke about enjoying Him. But I've learned that there's freedom and joy that come only when we have both a deep fear of God and an unshakable assurance of His love. This took me far too long to discover, and I fear my journey through insecurity and doubt may have led some of you into the same struggle. By grace, God brought me from knowing about His love to truly experiencing it, and He keeps drawing me deeper. I pray God uses this book to do the same for you.
